1) mail or express mail two copies of your manuscript

(a) MS Word format, or
(b) *.pdf format, or
(c) *.gif or *.jpg format (scan 1 page per file for easy printing)

(a) ftp the files to 140.112.68.31　 (user & password : ftp)　 under pub/AOT,　 and　
　　　　　 notify the Editor-in-Chief, or
(b) if you use PC, attach the files to the Editor-in-Chief (ctliu@ccms.ntu.edu.tw)　

(c) if neither of above works, then please mail the files to us.
