A. The data users are domestic/international institutions or individuals.

B. data query: users may query the catalog of all the scientific data files, through electronic network, according to the date, time, latitude and longitude.

C. data request:
(1) users may submit "agreement on using OCI data" through mail or web page, then fill the "OCI user's registration form" or "data product request form" to complete the procedure of requesting data;
(2) requesting OCI coverage: please file the form of "Request of OCI coverage" through fax or WWW of OCI with 60 days of advance notice.

D. delivery of products: through mail or electronic files.
